What do I get as a prettyFIT member?
You'll earn points on every regular-priced purchase, enjoy a birthday discount, get early access to new arrivals, and receive members-only promotions. All for free!
How do I become a member?
Click the Gift Box icon on the right side of the screen and register for a free account. That's it!
I'm an existing in-store member. Can I use my privileges online?
Yes! Your points and rewards work both online and in-store as they share the same platform.
How do I earn and redeem points?
You earn 1 point for every $1 spent on regular-priced items, online or in-store. Points are credited automatically after payment. To redeem, click the Gift Box icon, scroll to Redeem Points, select your amount, copy the discount code, and apply it at checkout.
Do my points expire?
Yes — points expire 1 year after your last regular-priced purchase.
What do I get during my birthday month?
A one-time 20% discount valid for 30 days, applicable on regular-priced purchases.
How do I qualify for and receive my birthday discount?
Make sure your birthday is registered in your account and you're subscribed to our emails. Your discount code will be sent to your inbox at the start of your birthday month.
I can't find my birthday code — what should I do?
Check your spam or junk folder first. Still can't find it? Drop us a message and we'll sort it out for you.
I just joined and my birthday is this month. Do I qualify?
Not for this year, unfortunately — birthday rewards kick in from your second year of membership onwards.
What do I get for referring a friend?
You earn 100 points ($10 value) and your friend gets a $5 voucher once they complete their first purchase.
How do I refer a friend?
Open the Gift Box icon on the right side of the screen and find your unique referral code under "Refer a Friend." Share the code with your friend — once they register and use it at checkout, they'll get $5 off their first purchase instantly, and you'll earn 100 points!
I referred a friend but didn't receive my points. Why?
Points are credited only after your friend makes their first purchase. If that's done and your points still haven't shown up, contact us and we'll look into it!
How do I earn points for reviews and social media?
Leave a review to earn 20 points, or 30 points if you include a photo. You can also earn 20 points each for following us on Instagram, liking our Facebook page, and sharing on Facebook. Find all these actions in the Gift Box icon on the right side of the screen.
